#PrimeTime: Here’s to the best years over 40

I’m thrilled to introduce our #PrimeTime campaign, a collaboration with The Female Lead that’s all about a simple but powerful idea: our value as people, especially as women, isn’t tied to how old we are.

As a portrait photographer, I’ve met so many women who feel pressured to always look young. This is a wake-up call for all of us who’ve ever felt a twinge of worry about hitting the big 4-0 and beyond.

A Case Study: Amazon

Amazon’s apprenticeship program needed a campaign that went beyond traditional recruitment approaches, something that would set it apart in a crowded field. The goal was to capture the diversity and uniqueness of the apprentices in a way that felt modern, personal, and reflective of Amazon’s innovative culture.

A Portrait: My Unforgettable Day with Naomi Klein

Hello, lovely readers! Fasten your seatbelts; I’m about to take you on a journey – the day Naomi Klein – yes, the Naomi Klein, queen of sharp words and sharper insights – stepped into my world (and my slightly cramped studio).

Case Study: Ministry Of Defence

In a groundbreaking initiative, Sane Seven collaborated with the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) to challenge traditional perceptions of women in defence roles. This project aimed to humanise leadership, promote gender diversity, and inspire cultural transformation within the organisation.

By featuring high-ranking women like General Dame Sharon Patricia Moffat Nesmith, Vice Chief of the Defence Staff, alongside rising talent, the campaign successfully opened up important discussions about gender diversity, encouraging a shift in internal culture.

This approach serves as a model for industries aiming to promote inclusivity and change perceptions from within.
