Women are tired of being told how to look, how to sit, how to smile. Together with Women in Data, we set out to change that – not by adding more polish, but by stripping away expectations.
Every year, Women in Data celebrate Twenty most prominent women in Data and Tech industry. Every detail of this series was intentional. The styling, the typography, the attitude in each frame – it was all designed to let women take up space on their own terms. No dress code. No permission needed. Just ownership.
The brief wasn’t about showing women in data. It was about showing who they are beyond the job title – leaders, disruptors, individuals with full stories. That level of honesty hits differently. It’s why so many women now reference this shoot when they come to us. They see something they’re not seeing elsewhere: freedom.
We develop these kinds of ideas in real partnership, with organisations willing to go further. Because when you allow women to show up as they are, everyone wins. Confidence increases. Culture shifts. The work speaks louder. Campaigns like this change the temperature in the industry.
